Welcome to the Long Pole Summit
The Long Pole Summit is a 4 day virtual training event for lacrosse defenders (LSM's & Close D), parents, and coaches. Hosted by Coach Damon from Lax Goalie Rat - the 100% free training event features the top coaches and defensemen in the sport who will teach you:

Meet the Host - Coach Damon
The Long Pole Summit is hosted by Coach Damon Wilson, founder of LaxGoalieRat.com and the host of the Lax Goalie Rat podcast.
In 1999 I set out to learn the position of lacrosse goalie from scratch. While I made all the rookie goalie mistakes, I fell in love with the sport and this position.
I've hosted several virtual summits dedicated to lacrosse goalies and each time I'd see comments like: "Dude, this is awesome! Does anything like this exist for defense?"
Well now it does! Welcome to the Long Pole Summit!
My mission with this event is to get you that top level defensive coaching and education that was sorely lacking back when these pro's where first learning to poke check.

What age group is this for?
The Long Pole Summit is meant for long poles of all ages. We're mostly targeting youth players. Some of the coaching sessions will be more applicable to different age groups but defensemen of all ages (youth to college age) will get value out of these coaching sessions.
IS THIS FOR MALE OR FEMALEs?
This event is for men's/boy's lacrosse.
Are Replays / Recordings of the Coaching sessions available?
Yes. The sessions are 100% free to attend live. Once you register you'll have the opportunity to purchase the VIP Pass which gives you lifetime access to replays from this Long Pole Summit.
I can't Attend some of the sessions. Should I still sign Up?
Yes. Come to one session or come to them all, choice is yours. But definitely sign up. Don't miss this amazing lacrosse defensive training opportunity.

How DO I JOIN THE COACHING SESSIONS?
Once you register for the Long Pole Summit you will receive automated emails with Zoom links to join each session. Simply click on the link to join the webinar. Opt out at anytime if not interested.
how long does each session last?
1 hour per session is the plan. My guidance to the coaches is plan on 40-45 min presentation and then 10-15 min Q&A. That said, if a coach runs overtime I'm not going to cut anyone off. So some sessions may run long if there's a lot of questions.
I purchased the VIP Pass for a previous Summit, do I have to buy again for this Summit to get access?
